π Ingredients (1β2 servings)
1 chicken breast (200β250 g)
Salt and pepper to taste
1β2 teaspoon garlic powder
1β2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
2 eggs
1β2 avocado in slices
1β2 cup corn (can be boiled or canned, drained)
1 medium tomato cubed
1-2 cups chopped fresh lettuce
Juice of 1β2 lemon
1 tablespoon extra olive oil (for dressing)

1οΈβ£ Cook the chicken
Season the brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
Heat a skillet with olive oil and cook the chicken 5β7 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until well golden brown and cooked inside.
Let it sit for 5 minutes and cut it into strips.
2οΈβ£ Get the eggs ready
Boil water and cook eggs for 8β10 minutes.
Peel them and cut them in half or slices.
3οΈβ£ throw the bowl
In a large plate or bowl place a lettuce base.
Add chicken strips, avocado, eggs, corn and tomato.
4οΈβ£ Simple and fresh dressing
Mix the lemon juice with a spoonful of olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Sprinkle on the bowl just before serving.
