For the Steak:
1 ribeye steak
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
Fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp butter
For the Mashed Potatoes:
3β4 potatoes (peeled & chopped)
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk or cream
Salt to taste
Paprika (for garnish)
For the Fresh Salad:
Cherry tomatoes (red & yellow)
Cucumber (chopped)
Red onion (diced)
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper

1οΈβ£ Cook the Potatoes:
Boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 15β20 minutes). Drain, mash with butter and milk until creamy. Season with salt and top with paprika.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Steak:
Pat steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill pan on high heat, add olive oil.
Cook steak 3β4 minutes per side (or to your preferred doneness).
Add butter and garlic in the last minute, spoon the melted butter over the steak.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
3οΈβ£ Make the Salad:
Mix tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
