In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced sweet potatoes and sautΓ© for 8β10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and golden.

Push sweet potatoes to one side of the skillet. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned and no longer pink, about 5β7 minutes.

Stir in the diced onion and sliced zucchini. Cook for another 5β6 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and starting to caramelize.

Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat all the ingredients in the seasoning and allow flavors to meld for 2β3 minutes.
