1 tsp grated ginger 🌿
1 tsp sesame oil 🌰
1/4 tsp black pepper 🧂
1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional) 🌶️🔥
1 cup jasmine or basmati rice, cooked 🍚
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped 🌿
