For the Beef
1 lb (450g) lean ground beef (90–93% lean)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
For the Bowl Base
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
For the Burger Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt (or mayo)
2 tablespoons ketchup (sugar-free for low-carb)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon pickle relish (or finely chopped pickles)
