HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN


Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 500 g boneless chicken (breast or thighs)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, mustard, honey and lemon juice.
  2. Add garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
  3. Coat chicken evenly with the marinade.
  4. Marinate for at least 1 hour (best 3–4 hours).
  5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes or grill until fully cooked.

BARBECUE CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 500 g boneless chicken

Instructions:

  1. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, lemon juice and spices.
  2. Add chicken and coat evenly.
  3. Marinate for 1–2 hours.
  4. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes or grill, brushing extra sauce while cooking.

CREAMY GARLIC HERB CHICKEN

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 500 g boneless chicken

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, yogurt and lemon juice.
  2. Add garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken evenly with marinade.
  4. Marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 6 hours).
  5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes or cook in a pan until golden and fully cooked.
