Ingredients:

1.5 kg beef chuck
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika

Instructions:

1. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Sear it in olive oil until golden brown on all sides.

3. Place it in a pot and add garlic, onion, broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

4. Cover and cook on low heat for 3–4 hours (or until fork-tender).

5. Let it rest, then slice or shred and serve with the sauce.
