1 beef tenderloin steak
10 π¦ shrimp (peeled)
2 π§ garlic cloves (minced)
1 πΆοΈ red bell pepper (diced)
2 π₯ olive oil
1 π₯ butter
πΏ chopped parsley
π§ salt & pepper
π₯ Instructions:
- Season steak with salt & pepper, then grill or pan-sear to desired doneness.
- In a pan, heat oil + butter, sautΓ© garlic & pepper 2 min.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink (2β3 min).
- Place shrimp over steak, pour garlic-butter sauce on top.
