Beetroot Health Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium raw beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 carrot (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 apple (optional, for flavor)
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup water (or more, as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and peel the beetroot, then cut it into small pieces.
  2. Add the beetroot, carrot, apple, and ginger to a blender.
  3. Pour in the water and blend until completely smooth.
  4. Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
  5. Add lemon juice, stir well, and serve fresh.

How to Drink:

  • Drink 1 small glass (150–200 ml) once a day
  • Best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach
