Beetroot Health Juice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium raw beetroot, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 apple (optional, for flavor)
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1 cm)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 cup water (or more, as needed)
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the beetroot, then cut it into small pieces.
- Add the beetroot, carrot, apple, and ginger to a blender.
- Pour in the water and blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture (optional).
- Add lemon juice, stir well, and serve fresh.
How to Drink:
- Drink 1 small glass (150–200 ml) once a day
- Best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach
